Website Accessibility Services, One Engine and Every Door

For the owner or team comparing accessibility services and finding mostly haze. Agencies that quote after three calls, widgets that promise the moon. Here is the whole catalogue, priced in the open.

What We Keep Finding

Accessibility services are a strange market. On one side, the quick-fix widget. Paste a script, get a badge, change nothing. On the other, the big consultancy. Capable, slow, and priced like a rebrand. Most owners need the middle, and the middle is weirdly hard to find.

So we built it. One audit engine, meaning a machine scan, an expert pass over all 55 rules, and a real blind screen-reader user working your journeys. Most of the services on this site are that engine pointed at your situation, so your platform, your industry, your documents, your deadline. Same testers, same report format, whichever door you walk in.

Two exceptions to that, said here rather than discovered later. The design-stage reviews cannot run a screen-reader pass, because a design file has nothing to run one on, so those are an expert review and they say so. And the multi-site portfolio report audits one property in full and scans the rest, which is a deliberate trade of depth for breadth across a family of near-identical sites.

The pricing splits two ways, and it is worth knowing which side a service sits on before you plan a budget. Every audit is flat-rate, with its page count and its turnaround printed on its own page. The formal documents, the consulting answers and the design-stage reviews are quoted, because the work has no unit until we have seen what you are asking for. What sits on neither list is repair. We do not sell it, so nothing here will ever quote you for the fixing, and that is the reason an audit price can be published before anybody opens your site.

What We Check

  • Audit websites, web apps, and PDFs against all 55 WCAG 2.2 A and AA rules
  • Test with the people the rules were written for, so blind and low-vision screen-reader users
  • Rank findings by user impact, so your first sprint starts in the right place
  • Write the remedy for every finding, so your own developer can work straight from the report
  • Prepare the paperwork buyers ask for, so conformance reports, statements, and scorecards
  • Re-audit at half price within 3 months, and date the evidence that the fixes landed

What You Get

A straight path instead of a program. Pick the audit that fits, get every barrier screenshotted, ranked and paired with its remedy, fix in-house from the free guides, then verify. Add the formal documents only when somebody is actually asking for them, because most owners never need one.

And if you just want a person to say which service fits, ask. You get an answer in writing within one business day rather than a discovery call, and it costs nothing.

The Honest Limit

One honest limit. We cover websites, web apps, and documents, and our testing is desktop-based. Native mobile apps are not something we sell, and any agency claiming to cover everything deserves a raised eyebrow. Worth knowing what desktop-only costs you. The standard treats each layout your page presents as its own page that has to conform on its own, so a desktop evaluation cannot settle how your site behaves on a phone. Most findings hold at both widths. The ones that only appear on a narrow screen are outside what we looked at, and we would rather you heard that here.

What It Costs

Audits are flat-rate. $499 Rapid or $1,499 Standard, with the page count and turnaround printed on every service page that sells one. The formal documents and the design-stage reviews are quoted in writing, scoped to what you send, and you approve the number before anything starts. Repair work is not on either list at any price. No retainer, no subscription, no surprise line items.
