Colombia web accessibility guidelines
Colombia's web accessibility guidelines date from 2020 and reference WCAG 2.1, which makes them one of the more current instruments in Latin America. They reach the public sector. If you run a business in Colombia, the guidelines are the bar people will measure you against even where they do not bind you.

What the law is
W3C's policy register lists Colombia's web accessibility guidelines with a 2020 date and WCAG 2.1 as the referenced version. That is a newer version than several European transpositions name, which is worth knowing if you are comparing markets.
The instrument is guidelines rather than a statute in the register's own description, and this page does not upgrade it to something stronger than that.

- You sell into Colombia and want to know the bar. WCAG 2.1 AA is the answer, whether or not the guidelines bind you directly.
What it technically requires
- Conformance to WCAG 2.1, which EN 301 549 also carries, so an audit built for a European market answers Colombia too.
- Testing to WCAG 2.2 covers 2.1 completely and adds the newer criteria on top.
