ADA Compliance Services That Find It, Then Prove It Gone
For the owner who does not want to become an accessibility project manager. You want the barriers found, the barriers gone, and the proof in writing. We do the finding and the proving, your own team does the gone, and the report is written so that split actually works.
What We Keep Finding
Search for ADA compliance services and you will find two kinds of company. Widget vendors selling ADA compliance by Tuesday, and agencies that open with a discovery call and close with a retainer. Most owners need neither. They need the barriers found, fixed, and verified, at a price agreed before anyone opens the site.
Ours runs in that order, and we only do two of the three steps. The audit finds the barriers, with a real blind screen-reader user on your pages, at a price set before we look. Your own developer then fixes from the report, which is written to be worked from rather than filed, with the remedy named on every finding. Then a re-audit dates the evidence. We do not sell the middle step, so the findings list can never quietly become a sales document for the work it recommends.
That is not modesty, it is what makes the third step worth paying for. A firm that finds a problem, repairs it, then signs off its own repair has removed the only independent check in the chain, and what you are left holding is that firm's opinion of that firm's work. We can tell you the fix landed because we were not the ones who made it.
One thing worth getting straight, because the internet is confidently wrong about it. Which standard the ADA holds you to depends on who you are. If you are a business open to the public, no federal regulation names a technical standard for your website at all, so WCAG is what complaints and courts reach for in practice rather than something the law incorporates. If you are a state or local government, that changed. The Department of Justice has named your standard, WCAG 2.1 Level AA, and given you a date. We test to 2.2, which covers 2.1 underneath it, so you are never short either way.
What We Check
- Audit all 55 WCAG 2.2 A and AA rules, which covers the 2.1 standard underneath
- Test your key journeys with a real blind screen-reader user
- Name the remedy on every finding, so a developer can act without coming back to ask
- Rank the list by user impact, so your first sprint starts where users hurt most
- Retest every fix your team ships and date the evidence, so progress is provable
- Draft the accessibility statement your fixed site can honestly stand behind
What You Get
One audit and one report. Every finding screenshotted, ranked by who it hurts, with the failing element pointed at, the criterion named, and the remedy written out. Naming the remedy is the point of the document, because a finding your developer has to come back and ask about has not been written properly.
Then your team fixes, and we come back and check. Because we never sell the repair, the check is worth something to somebody outside your company. If a regulator, a buyer or a court has to read the verdict, the fact that we never touched your code is the part that makes it readable.
Everything arrives in one report format, with dates and screenshots anyone can check.
The Honest Limit
One honest limit, and it is the one nobody selling compliance wants to say. No service can make a website permanently compliant, ours included. Content changes, templates change, and the standard itself moves. There is a second half to it as well. Conformance in the standard is defined for a web page, and a claim can name a series of pages, but every page inside that claim has to conform, so a sample can never answer for the pages nobody opened. What we sell is a clean, dated picture and the remedy for everything in it. Staying clean is a habit, and we will show your team how to keep it.
What It Costs
The audit is flat-rate. $499 Rapid covers up to 10 pages in 5 business days, and $1,499 Standard covers up to 25 pages in 10 business days. The verification re-audit is half price within 3 months. There is no third line to this, because we do not sell repair work at any price, so the number you see is the whole of what we can ever charge you.
