Answer the Accessibility Questionnaire With Evidence

For the vendor whose largest customer just sent an accessibility questionnaire, and who wants every answer standing on a finding rather than on hope.

What We Keep Finding

It arrives from your biggest account. A spreadsheet of accessibility questions with a due date on it. The useful thing to understand is why it turned up now, because that tells you how hard the answers will be checked. Your customer's own duty reaches the things you supply them. The DOJ Title II rule exempts third-party content only where it was not posted under a contract, and the HHS Section 504 rule makes a recipient answerable for web content provided through contractual or licensing arrangements. Your software is contracted. That makes your accessibility their problem, which is why their accessibility team is now testing what vendors claim.

You can guess your way through the spreadsheet, and plenty of vendors do. Guesses get tested. A wrong answer costs more trust than an honest gap ever would, and there is a structural reason the stakes sit with you rather than with us. A conformance report is a self-declaration. Nobody certifies one, there is no such thing as a certified accessibility report, and the person signing it is the vendor. So the sensible order is audit first, answer second, from findings rather than from memory.

What We Check

  • Audit your product against all 55 WCAG 2.2 A and AA rules before you answer
  • Test the journeys your customer's own staff would run, with real screen-reader users
  • Match each finding to the question it answers, so no line stands on its own
  • Record pass, fail, or partial per rule, with the evidence attached
  • List the open gaps with their fixes, because a dated plan reads better than silence

What You Get

Every service on this site runs the same three-pass engine: an automated scan, an expert review of all 55 WCAG 2.2 A and AA rules, and a hands-on session with a professional blind screen-reader user. You get one report with every finding screenshotted, ranked by user impact, and linked to its fix. Your team fixes, we verify: the re-audit is half price within 3 months.

The format is not a mystery either. Read the sample report before you spend anything.

The Honest Limit

One honest limit and one gap to plan around. The limit is that the answers stay yours to write and sign, because the claims are yours to make and a conformance report is a declaration by the vendor rather than a certificate from an auditor. What we change is what sits behind each line. The gap is scope. Our testing is desktop-based and web-based. If the questionnaire covers a native mobile app, a desktop client or your printed documentation, those rows need evidence we cannot produce, and leaving them blank is not available to you at Level A or AA. Send us the questionnaire before you order and we will tell you which rows this audit fills.

What It Costs

Rapid Audit: $499, up to 10 pages you pick, report in 5 business days. Standard Audit: $1,499, up to 25 pages in 10 business days. Flat rates, no discovery calls, and a real blind screen-reader user on every engagement. Pick your pages. We bring the humans.
