A Yearly Audit, and Nothing That Renews
For the owner who wants a proper accessibility check once a year and refuses to sign one more auto-renewing agreement to get it.
What We Keep Finding
A year is a long time on a website. New pages, new plugins, a theme update, a junior hire with CMS access, and the site you audited slowly stops being the site you run. The industry's answer to that drift is the monitoring subscription, which is a monthly fee, a dashboard, and a widget's worth of reassurance. Read the fine print on one of those and you find the vendors saying it themselves. End the subscription and the error is still sitting in your HTML, because a script that papers over a defect at page load never fixed the defect.
Three things move in a year, and only one of them is your site. Your content changes, which is the obvious one. The assistive technology changes, because NVDA, JAWS and VoiceOver all ship through the year and an announcement that worked in one version can stop working in the next. And the standard itself moves quietly. WCAG 2.2 was republished in December 2024 with four of its defined terms changed, including what counts as programmatically determined, and definitions are what the criteria are built out of.
So ours is the annual checkup, booked on purpose, the way you book one for yourself. There is no subscription behind it. No stored card, no auto-booking, no reminder sequence, and nothing to cancel, because the site has no billing mechanism that could charge you twice. Each year's review happens because you put it in your calendar.
What We Check
- Re-test all 55 WCAG 2.2 A and AA rules, the same full pass as your first audit
- Check last year's findings one by one, so fixed, still open, or crept back
- Audit the pages and features you have shipped since the last review
- Run fresh screen-reader sessions, because the screen readers moved too
- Deliver a standalone report you can set beside last year's and compare
What You Get
Every service on this site runs the same three-pass engine: an automated scan, an expert review of all 55 WCAG 2.2 A and AA rules, and a hands-on session with a professional blind screen-reader user. You get one report with every finding screenshotted, ranked by user impact, and linked to its fix. Your team fixes, we verify: the re-audit is half price within 3 months.
The format is not a mystery either. Read the sample report before you spend anything.
The Honest Limit
One honest limit about the price, since this is the product where people ask. The half-price re-audit runs for 3 months after a report, and an annual review is twelve months later, so it is always full price. We would rather say that here than let you find it at the checkout. What you get for it is a complete pass rather than a diff, which is the right shape at this interval anyway, because a year's worth of change is too much to sample against an old list.
What It Costs
Rapid Audit: $499, up to 10 pages you pick, report in 5 business days. Standard Audit: $1,499, up to 25 pages in 10 business days. Flat rates, no discovery calls, and a real blind screen-reader user on every engagement. Pick your pages. We bring the humans.
